Shipping Policy
All orders not in current inventory are handmade and take 2-3 weeks to complete once confirmation email has been received. All current inventory items will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, or when it is ready for local pickup/delivery.
Commissioned pieces are considered one-of-a-kind, and all pertinent creating and shipping times will be discussed during consultation.Â
Any potential delays due to high volume or postal service problems that are out of our control will be noted at ordering time or during processing time.Â
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout and determined by address and current Canada Post shipping rates. Local pickup is available in NW Calgary as well as any in-person markets Tiny Fire is a vendor at, which are most frequent during the winter/holiday season.
We offer Standard as well as Expedited Shipping.Â
We ship world wide with costs regulated by different carriers.Â
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
